Het vosje
Voor de première van de musical Foxtrot in 1977 in Carré kreeg Gerrie van der Klei dit vosje als toi toi toi cadeautje. De kostuumontwerpster had uit de zeventig witte vossen die John de Crane op de kop had weten te tikken deze vosjes gemaakt. Het vossenbont was aanvankelijk bedoeld voor een enorme bontjas. De scène waarin de bontjas werd gedragen werd uiteindelijk geschrapt. De musical was te lang. Het vosje kan als een broche hoog op de schouder worden gedragen.

The Little Fox
For the premiere of the musical Foxtrot in 1977 at Carré, Gerrie van der Klei received this little fox as a ‘toi toi toi’ gift. The costume designer made these little foxes from the seventy white foxes that John de Crane had managed to acquire. The fox fur was originally intended for a huge fur coat. However, the scene in which the fur coat was worn was eventually cut. The musical was too long. The little fox can be worn as a brooch on the shoulder.
